Different features and components may vary on the same basic product that the competing competitors may have added.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Price&lt;/strong&gt; – The price is the cost of the product that the customer has to pay to obtain the product. If the product is priced to low the firm may not breakeven, and if it is priced to high the customers may turn to a similar, more responsibly priced product that another leading competitor may produce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Promotion&lt;/strong&gt; – Promotion is the advertisement of the product and how the company makes the customers fully aware of the product. The firm will promote there product so that they can obtain new customers and retain existing ones. The three main aims of promotion are; persuade customers to buy there product, inform customers about the product, to remind customers that established products still exist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Place&lt;/strong&gt; – Place is the way that the product is distributed and where it is sold. The type of sale will depend of the product its self and/or the service that is provided.
